BioI am currently the Senior Director of Biller Technology Operations for ORCC where we support Bill Payment and Presentment for thousands of Billers like Utilities and Credit Card companies. Previously I was the VP of Operations Technology at CustomInk. Before that, I was a Director of Design & Development at Fannie Mae, responsible for Service Oriented Architecture, various Securities Accounting Systems, and eMortgage applications. I received my Executive MBA from Virginia Tech as a member of the Capital Cohort where I've used high tech to deal taking care of my twins while still keeping scheduled meetings. Read "Exceeding Expectations" on page 10 to learn more about why I decided to enroll in an Executive MBA program. I enjoy learning, and have contributed to Wikipedia, see David Filiatrault's Wikipedia Contributions.
